HHP Undergraduate Student Exit Survey Requirement

To help ensure our program is the best it can be, the HHP Department is interested in hearing your perceptions of our strengths and weaknesses.  Please take some time to respond to our HHP Undergraduate Student Exit Survey and let us know what you think we do well, where you think there is room for improvement and any suggestions you may have for the future. Please respond to each question using the scale provided in the survey. We have also provided space to write comments, in which you are invited to mention certain classes, events and/or activities which left an impression on you. Your honest and forthright answers are appreciated.  This questionnaire is anonymous.

Please click here to take the survey. Please remember to print the final page of the survey and include it with your graduation papers when you turn them into the HHP Department.
