The University of Montana’s Athletic Training Program was among the first in the nation and our leadership in the field continues today. As a student in the new Master’s degree program at UM, you’ll:
Option 1: A five-year program in which students earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Human Performance and a Master’s Degree in Athletic Training.
Option 2: A two-year master’s program designed for students who already have a baccalaureate degree.
Both undergraduate Athletic Training Program and the Master's in Atheltic Training Program meet the standards established by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE). The current accreditation period extends to the year 2022-2023.
