Treatment Costs

Treatment Costs & Program Fees for ICAPs

Treatment Costs: Treatment costs for our ICAPs include one individual therapy session per day, one group session per day of therapy, as well as one evaluation. The evaluation cost includes both pre- and post-therapy testing. If you do not have insurance, or your insurance only covers a portion of treatment costs, the Western Montana Scottish Rite Foundation may offer partial scholarships. These scholarships depend upon need. Please request a scholarship application if you need financial assistance for treatment costs.

Program Fees: Program fees vary from program to program depending on the extent of the services provided. These fees will be announced for each program. Program fees serve as your non-refundable deposit to hold your space in the program. Program fees cover incidentals including food, beverages and treatment and diagnostic materials. We do not offer scholarships for program fees.

  • Your insurance card and picture identification card will be scanned and kept on file
  • You will receive an invoice documenting each session, the reimbursement rate from your insurance company, and your co-pay totals that are due to the RiteCare SLHC

Scholarships

Partial scholarships may be provided by the Western Montana Scottish Rite Foundation. These scholarships are supported by donations and fundraising activities. Financial support is designed for people who are not able to afford speech/language therapy in the absence of adequate health insurance or significant co-pay options. Scholarship applications are available upon request.
